Package makes 24 meringue cookies
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
Servings: Makes 8 Cookies
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Judee's Gluten Free Meringue Powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Use a clean (no oil or water residue) glass or metal bow. Whip water and meringue powder in mixer for 9-12 minutes until there are stiff peaks. Scrape bowl as needed. Add vanilla during last 3 minutes of whipping.
Use a pastry bag to pipe out the mix into 8 cookies.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until firm. Turn off oven (do not open oven door). Leave inside oven to cool for 1 hour.
